COMMANDER JACOB KISHTER

Commander Jacob Kishter has almost 20 years of law enforcement experience.  Kishter assumed command of the Third District in December 2009, when Chief Cathy L. Lanier promoted him.

In 2007, Kishter was assigned as the Director of Police Communications until his promotion to the rank of inspector in 2008.

INSPECTOR ANGEL MEDINA

n December 2009, Chief Lanier selected Angel Medina to serve as Inspector and assigned him to the Third District Sub-station.

Throughout his career, Angel Medina received several Commanding Officers’ Commendations, citizen letters of appreciation and Unit Citation.
